Who We Are & What We Do

Sacred Transition provides guidance, companionship, emotional, and spiritual support through the end of life journey while helping to create a serene and safe space during this challenging time.Our goal is to help all who are involved in this sacred transition, allowing them to work through the process while holding space. We believe that every human is entitled to a dignified death and hold great importance for their last wishes; acknowledging, honoring, and implementing them.Services are offered through in person visitation, phone calls, and video calls.

Meet Jen Fargo

Jen is a certified end of life doula and Registered Nurse with 9 years experience of hospice care. She has a deep compassion and calling to want to serve those who are facing their end of life journey.Although Jen is grateful for her experience as a nurse her passion is to provide unconditional love, compassion, and devote as much time as possible with her clients. Jen has had the honor of sitting at the bedside of hundreds during their sacred transition and it is her passion and priority to provide the utmost loving care during these precious moments to ensure comfort, compassion, and dignity.
